Tatiana, the owner and head chef of Casa Ananas, is an Italian ex-pat who has brought her traditional recipes and a worldwide chef experience all the way to Southern Nicaragua. Her new location in Hacienda Iguana commercial center is cute and quaint with outdoor seating, romantic lights, and natural landscaping. Her woodfire oven is the star of the show as she produces thin-crust pizzas with classic and creative toppings. If you’re lucky, you will catch her boyfriend Dario and his friends performing live music at one of their popular Open mic nights.
